- A stable engineering unit — one senior engineer plus one or two mid-level engineers — working continuously inside the client’s roadmap, with AI tooling and the Cian-OS system. It is not a list of hourly profiles: it is delivery capacity with shared accountability for the outcome.

We report progress in deliverables, not hours. If someone in the pod isn’t working out, we replace them within 10 business days.

Can I start with one pod and grow later?+
Yes. Most clients start with a Pod Base and expand when the roadmap calls for it. Configuration is reviewed monthly.
How does the pod integrate with my team?+
The pod works in your tools (repository, board, channels) and joins your ceremonies. A pod tech lead is your daily point of contact.
Who owns architecture?+
If you have an architect or tech lead, the pod works under their decisions. If not, the pod’s senior takes that role and documents decisions in your repository.
Do you use AI to write code?+
Yes, through Cian-OS: AI accelerates bounded tasks and an engineer reviews and is accountable for every change. That’s where the capacity difference over a traditional team of the same size comes from.
